2021 En Avant Rogue Valley Chardonnay

A bright and floral nose opens this single clone Chardonnay with notes of lemon zest, white flowers, and a soft petrichor. The body takes a warmer turn as a fullness comes out alongside riper fruit flavors of white nectarine, crenshaw melon, and Asian pear. This wine carries a richness alongside a firm acid profile that compliment each other wonderfully. On the finish comes a creamy texture and subtle complexity, thanks to a partial ML completion, parallel to notes of lemon curd, peach pit, and crushed almonds.
