2021 Melodia Oregon Pinot Noir

This delicate pinot comprised of Dijon 777 and Dijon 667 opens with notes of cherry blossom, wet clay, rose petals, and dusty red fruit. The palate is light and airy with bright candied fruit, citrus zest, and a hint of grapefruit as is typical of the Hyland Vineyard. The finish provides moderate tannin structure but leans a bit more into an acid driven finish creating a wine that is very easy drinking but will shine alongside lighter fare.
